NATIONAL – The third CWSC NATIONAL TOWN HALL of the year connecting our intellects, hearts, and minds for maximum productivity across America is almost here…A CWSC Straight to the Point Discussion and you’re invited to Part 2 of a historic panel discussion Prosperity in Historically Disadvantaged and Communities of Color: The Path Ahead.
Join the AM360.org audience on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 10 a.m. EST for the second part of a powerful group intellect discussion. From depressed wages, the wealth gap, business and home ownership, jobs, unemployment, the economic historic and current effects of discrimination, the role of education and impact of technology and more, plus the good and bad of group economics and collective empowerment experiences and the relevance of such approaches in the 21st Century…all are on the table for a discussion that will seek to distinguish between self-inflicted vs. systemic economic and financial failure and the role of personal responsibility.
Four AM360 National Talk Show Hosts and a national Muslim Journal columnist who weekly deal with aspects of the subject matter are guest panelists including: Imam Nazim Pasha, host of Financial Literacy Equals Financial Liberation; Imam Adam Beyah, host of Money Sense; Attorney Edward Ahmed Mitchell, host of CAIR on AIR: the Civil Rights Hour; Imam Delacie Ummah Phillips, host of Preparing to Make It in the Land of Plenty; and Muslim Journal “Insurance Matters” columnist Amira Wazeer.
Combined, the panelists comprise entrepreneurs and business owners, tax and insurance specialists, and civil rights attorneys. Some bring military experience and all are making their mark in the media or broadcast industry, and are civic and community leaders working to make a difference in their communities locally and helping our group intellect nationally. Together the panelists bring a wealth of knowledge and years of experience to the issue of prosperity and the chronic impediments that continue to block too many individuals and communities from the doors of financial and economic security.

Mukhtar Muhammad stated recently, “Imam Hakim leaves us some big footsteps following in his stead in dealing with a very broad and complex subject matter. I am very pleased to have our brother Marlon Aldridge join us to help us focus on the major issues; with his presence, we have an interfaith perspective…and I believe it’s part of the solution to a problem that knows no faith boundaries. Prosperity is linked to not only individual and family issues of education, health and wealth, but also to volunteerism and community development We must help people help themselves, and that’s what all our Town Halls seek to accomplish. We thank Imam Abdul Hakim for leading the way and now we hope to delve even deeper into the subject including the recent conversations concerning reparations.”
