Are you a grandmother? Are you a mother? What wisdom should you be sharing with your daughter? As a daughter, what wisdom do you wish your mother had shared with you? The International League of Muslim Women, Inc., Chicago Chapter is presenting a special Grandmother Mother Daughter brunch on Saturday, March 10 from 10am to 3pm at the Doubletree Hotel in Alsip, Illinois, in which a group of women will be honored for their positive impact in the community. The theme of the brunch is “Empowering Women to Create and Achieve.” As society becomes more conscious of the need to uplift and respect the wisdom of women, what qualities should we be instilling in the next upcoming generation of mothers in order to help them create a better world?
