ST. PETERSBURG, FL – The CWSC congratulates President Elect Honorable Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. and Vice President Elect Honorable Kamala Devi Harris on a hard fought campaign to succeed President Donald J. Trump as the 46th president and 49th vice president of the United States.
With perhaps the most contentious election in history behind us, we are hopeful for the peace, security, and prosperity of our nation’s future, and our role in the world as a force for good.
We pray Allah’s Hand upon the majority and minority as we move forward that by His Will, we will turn our hearts and will together as neighbors, co-workers, and as citizens to help heal our nation, and overcome the political gridlock that has stifled our progress for far too long.
Now is the time for each of us to renew our commitment to the highest ideals of this nation and to fight each day against all that keeps us from being our best in the areas of political discourse, minority rights, equal opportunity and race relations, economic justice, fairness and prosperity, health and education, and all that makes a great nation a reality.
May Allah (SWT) bless our leadership from the White House to our individual homes with the vision to serve the greater good of our country and even unto all mankind.
