Revisiting Delkism: A Regional Bloc of Black-Controlled States

Professor Marlon Aldridge revisits Delkism: A Regional Bloc of Black-controlled States in America. What would be the benefits of Black people strategically moving to eight contiguous states in the South and effectively taking control of state and local governments therein? He discusses the potentiality of the Delk Plan and intimates how majority rule translates to constitutional powers. He hints that Blacks are not able to solve their common problems because they do not control the means to do so. He takes questions from the audience and allows them to participate in this novel discussion.
