Professor Marlon Aldridge discusses the agendas, values, attitudes, and behaviors of Black-elected officials and remarks on their successes and failures.He discusses how Black-Majority Congressional districts may undermine Black political power and misconceptions among Black people that may undermine their polico-economic growth. Moreover, he discusses past and current legislation proposed by the Congressional Black Caucas and agendas of other Black-run organizations. In short he discusses the crises of leadership within Black communities.
