As a non-profit community resource center, we’re grateful for the support of our donors helping us build the national intelligentsia that will take our community to the next level. We’re very appreciative of cash and non-cash contributions, otherwise referred to as in-kind donations or contributions.

Your non-cash contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.* Community Wide Shuraa Conference, Inc. (CWSC) is a tax exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is qualified to receive bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under sections 2055, 2106, or 2252 of the Code.

Gift Acceptance Policy

We welcome gifts that save us money, time, labor, or gifts that allow us to generate operating funds. Our board of directors, staff, volunteers, and advisors may assist in the gift planning and solicitation process, and direct prospective donors who wish to make unrestricted, restricted and endowment gifts to CWSC. We actively solicit gifts and grants to further our mission. Our gift acceptance policy is intended only as a guide and allows for flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

The executive director, any board members and volunteers or staff so designated, have authority to solicit and/or accept gifts on behalf of CWSC. If deemed necessary, the executive director will charter a Gift Review Committee to help determine the feasibility, especially of a non-cash gift, since some non-cash gifts may place an undue liability or burden on our organization, including costs to accept, maintain, improve, record, or evaluate with appropriate cost-benefit, jeopardize our tax-exempt status or such gift may be in discord with our accepted principles and values.

When you donate to CWSC in-kind (non-cash) materials, goods, equipment or services, you help us further the important work of our institution. Thank for your generous gift(s).

We are very conscious of our duty to the communities we serve and we employ with prudence your donor gifts you entrust to us. Your contributions are carefully allocated by governance to help fund intelligentsia operations including American Muslim 360 Broadcasting, Scholarship Administration, Think Tank, Speakers Bureau, or the Model Communities Resource Directory & Volunteer Network.
